The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled (How to overcome the problems you face in the health institution) on the virtual platform (Google Meet) in the presence of a number of teachers and graduates.
The workshop aimed to introduce the participants to the types of administrative problems in health institutions and their causes.
The workshop also included several axes, the most important of which is the process of making appropriate decisions and solutions using legal and logical steps to avoid the aggravation of problems of all kinds, the art of dealing with patients and escorts, the skill of using the art of communication between people in a professional and ethical manner, avoiding problems between auditors and the institution, and the mechanism for avoiding work pressures.
The researcher in the workshop called for the use of the art of dealing with administrative problems professionally and professional advice in solving problems to ensure a smooth workflow with the highest quality, the least effort and the least losses.
