The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit held a specialized workshop entitled “Risk and Crisis Management” for students and graduates with the aim of enhancing their leadership and field skills. The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wafa Abdul Ali Hatab in the college museum hall, as part of a series of activities aimed at qualifying young cadres to face the challenges of the labor market and the institutional environment.
The workshop addressed vital topics focusing on crisis management concepts and how to scientifically deal with potential risks in the work environment. It reviewed proactive planning strategies to reduce the negative effects of emergencies as well as providing participants with the basic skills to predict and manage crises effectively and enhance their ability to make sound and decisive decisions in critical times, ensuring that they are professionally equipped to deal with changes and risks based on sound scientific principles.
