The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the most significant obstacles and problems they face during their university journey, and to review the pros and cons of academic life, as well as to guide and encourage them to adapt effectively to the university environment, and to provide key advice and guidance to enhance psychological adjustment to university life and achieve a successful and balanced academic experience.

The workshop concluded with recommendations emphasizing the need to intensify regular and ongoing meetings with students through members of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Committee and faculty members across all academic departments and levels, to identify the most significant difficulties and obstacles and provide continuous support and assistance to enhance psychological well-being at the university and ensure a better academic future.
