The Registration Division is one of the most important divisions in colleges, if not the most important.
Working as a team, with tasks divided among the division’s staff so that each individual takes responsibility for their work, fosters a sense of importance among them.
Work in the Registration Division is a series of interconnected tasks, from the unit manager to the lowest-ranking employee, resulting in integrated work and the best possible outcome.

Receiving and reviewing the files of students applying for morning and evening undergraduate studies at the college, registering them, and following up on all matters related to them until their graduation, in order to avoid any deficiencies in student files and humanitarian work.
Issuing administrative orders regarding the names of students continuing their studies at all stages and administrative orders related to registration tasks, sending them to the university, receiving university mail, and responding to it to avoid any negligence
Providing students with certificates of continued study and graduates with graduation certificates and transcripts to facilitate appointment procedures and postgraduate studies if the graduate so desires.

Registration plays a key role in receiving and verifying admission transactions, completing them, orienting students, and following up on all matters related to them throughout their time at the college.
