College of Nursing

The College of Nursing was established in response to the urgent need to prepare nursing staff with high scientific and practical competence to keep pace with developments in health care, seeking to provide services in cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization to improve the health level of the individual, family and society. The college was established in 1964 and became part of the University of Baghdad in 1964.
