The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the doctoral thesis  tagged Effectiveness of an Instructional Program on Teachers’ Instructional-ability toward Deaf Dumb Children’s Protective Health Behaviors at the Middle Euphrates Governorates for the student Ali Hussein Abbas.

The aim of the study is to determine the Effectiveness of the Instructional Program on deaf-dumb Teachers’ Instructional ability toward Protective Health Behaviors.

The letter also included the thesis to showed that the overall Evaluation of deaf-dumb Teachers’ Instructional Ability for deaf-dumb children’s protective health behaviors in the pre-test period was moderate while in the post-test period was a moderate and high level of evaluation, and all socio-demographic variables have no significant relationship with teachers’ instructional ability.

The most important recommendations reached by the study: that the instructional program of the current study can be employed at the national level as a means of improving teachers’ instructional ability for Deaf-dumb children, and the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
