Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Alak, a lecturer at the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, has been selected as a peer reviewer for the international journal Nurse Education Today, published by the prestigious Elsevier Foundation.
This selection came in recognition of Dr. Ali Hussein’s scientific standing and his extensive record of research published in reputable publications, as well as his previous experience as a member of peer review boards for local and international journals, including the Iraqi National Journal of Nursing Specialties.
Nurse Education Today is one of the world’s leading journals in the development of health and nursing, ranked in the first quartile (Q1) in Scopus & Clarivate, and attracts research from around the world to improve the efficiency of nursing education.
This selection reflects the College of Nursing’s keenness to strengthen its presence in international forums and enter global rankings through the work of its professors, which directly contributes to the achievement of sustainable development goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
