The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged Evaluation of Inter-professional Team Collaboration among Health Care Team Members in Critical Care units for the researcher Maitham Abdul- Ghani Khalaf
The aim of the thesis aimed to evaluate the status of the inter-professional team collaboration (partnership, cooperation, & coordination) among health care team members including nurses, physicians, and clinical pharmacists, in Critical care units.
The thesis also included The current study revealed the overall level of inter-professional team collaboration covering the three main domains (partnership, cooperation, & coordination) among health care team members in critical care units, was substandard highlighting a serious dereliction of duties. Of equal importance, it has been concluded that many professionals’ qualities impacted the level of Inter-professional Team Collaboration, including but not limited: sex, work shift, specialization, and educational level.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: To learn more about inter-professional team collaboration, future research must be conducted to study the attitude of health care team members about inter-professional team collaboration. and the estimate that the researcher got passed.
