Within the series of continuous monthly follow-up by members of the Committee of Internal Departments for Girls at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, the Committee organized a visit to the Al-Resala Complex for housing female students in the Bab Al-Mu’azzam College Complex to see the conditions of students and provide basic needs. The previous visit to the department by the administration of the house and finding appropriate solutions to them, in addition to discussing some other basic obstacles that were raised by the students to the members of the committee, and recommendations were submitted to the presidency of the University of Baghdad to provide alternatives or find appropriate solutions to the obstacles facing the housing students and provide them with a good living.

The students’ rooms were also inspected in terms of cleanliness, availability of basic appliances, kitchen cleanliness, cooking stoves, stove gas, sanitary bathrooms, availability of water in them, and the validity of washing machines. Some simple needs were provided to the students by the College of Nursing (clothes baskets, food baskets, Kleenex, hand washes)

At the end of the visit, thanks and appreciation were extended for the efforts made by the Presidency of the University and the Director of the Department of Internal Departments Affairs to follow up the services in the department. The efforts of the six secretaries of the department, Hanan Abdullah, and the assistant ladies were also referred to for their efforts to follow up the provision of basic services to students and solve obstacles smoothly. Mrs. Secretary of the Department also thanked her for the visit of the college delegation and the follow-up of the Deanship of the College of Nursing for female students.
