The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged Psychological and Academic Alienation and their Relationship with level of Ambition among Nursing Collegians for the student Noor Riadh Mahmood.
The aim of the study is to evaluate student psychological, academic alienation and level of ambition, identify if there is a correlation between these variables.
The letter also included the thesis to The study showed that 61% of them with moderate psychological alienation as well as 55.7% of nursing students show a moderate level of ambition. And there is a high significant relationship (strong reverse) among the level of ambition with psychological alienation and academic alienation.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research should concentrate on the orientation and guidance programs directed to students, by employing a mental health professional in colleges to follow up on students and develop the students’ abilities to face problems and increase their awareness of the importance of their role in life and society, and the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
