The Graduation Projects Committee at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Nuha Adel Ibrahim, held an extensive organizational meeting in the library hall as part of the final preparations and intensive efforts to conduct graduation thesis discussions for the current academic year and ensure they proceed optimally.

The meeting included the distribution of specific tasks and responsibilities among committee members, as well as a review and explanation of the detailed procedures for the day of the defense to ensure the smooth flow of legal and scientific procedures and proper academic organization. The meeting also discussed the approved mechanism for receiving students’ theses and academic files and delivering them to the relevant discussion committees, as well as following up on the preparation of the halls, ensuring the readiness of technical systems and display screens, and arranging students’ presentations according to the approved schedule.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee called for the need to inform all students and urge them to fully comply with the regulations governing academic examinations and to attend at the specified times, thereby contributing to the success of this prominent academic event and reflecting the college’s academic integrity.
