The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged the relationship between moral intelligence and psychological resilience among undergraduate senior nursing students for the student Osama Makki Jawad.
The aim of the thesis is to assess the level of moral intelligence, the level of psychological resilience, determine the relationship between moral intelligence and psychological resilience among undergraduate senior nursing students.
The letter also included the thesis to that participant’s moral intelligence was high level, and the psychological resilience level was a high degree, also a strong positive correlation exists between moral intelligence and psychological resilience among senior undergraduate nursing students, while the relationship between socio-demographic status with moral intelligence was a strong correlation in age and religion while, the study showed no significant association between students’ socio-demographic status concerning; gender, residency status, marriage status, and socioeconomic status with moral intelligence.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: Researchers must study this field, increase research, and develop educational programs to instill this trait in the personalities of nurses, particularly new ones. And the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
