The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the doctoral thesis tagged effectiveness of an interventional program on nurses’ knowledge and practices regarding electronic nursing documentation for the student Harith Fathi Khudhayer .
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of an interventional program on nurses’ knowledge and practices regarding electronic nursing documentation.
The letter also included that the interventional program was effective. The study concluded that there was no relationship between nurses’ knowledge and practices and their age, gender, years of experiences while, there was a relationship between nurses’ knowledge and practices with the variables of educational level and training courses only.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: Increase training courses specialized in computers provided for nurses who work in electronic documentation to emphasize the knowledge and practical implementation of the electronic nursing documentation in the hospitals. And the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
