The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the doctoral thesis tagged evaluation of old age attitudes and behaviors toward cardiovascular health promotion: a correlational study for the student Hawraa Ali Mukhlif.
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the attitude and behaviors of the elderly population toward the promotion of cardiovascular health.
The letter also included the thesis to the majority of the studied elderly have a moderate attitudes and behaviors regarding CVDs health promotion. High levels of significance were found between the attitudes of the elderly and their behaviors in promoting cardiovascular disease. occupants of elderly care facilities who have a more optimistic attitude are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors that lower their risk of cardiovascular disease.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: It is important to promote a healthy mindset and lifestyle, especially among the elderly who will be spending time in a public and private geriatric home, and therefore courses and lectures are held to do just that and the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
