The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed Knowledge, Attitudes and Perceptions of Occupational Hazards and Safety Practices among Nurses in Medical City Hospitals the master’s thesis tagged for the student .Noor Najam Abadi.
The aim of the study is to assess nurses’ knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions towards occupational health and safety practices.
The letter also included the thesis of more years of experience and training of nursing staff on occupational hazards and safety practices by local officials, provision of health resources, and exploitation of youth energies will indeed help in developing their knowledge, attitudes and perceptions.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: Providing nurses with educational programs on an ongoing basis regarding the guidelines based on occupational health and safety practices to improve their knowledge and practices, and special instructions should be applied to the walls in different locations that can be seen by all nurses in hospitals with a focus on the basic rules of work in health and safety practices,
And the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
