The Training, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Baghdad held an extensive meeting to discuss the organizational and logistical preparations for National Entrepreneurship Day, scheduled to be held on March 4. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Houra Hussein Ghaffal and attended by members of the relevant committees and a group of professors and staff at the college.
The meeting included a comprehensive review of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to each committee as part of the ongoing preparations, emphasizing the need to coordinate joint efforts to ensure integration and achieve the highest standards of organization for the event, as well as to develop a clear action plan and a precise schedule for the implementation of activities in a manner befitting the scientific and national status of the college
At the end of the deliberations, a set of recommendations was approved, emphasizing commitment to specific timelines for completing tasks and strengthening channels of continuous communication between committees to ensure smooth work flow, with an invitation to submit creative and innovative ideas that contribute to highlighting the college’s leading role in supporting students’ ambitions and initiatives.
This initiative comes within the framework of the college’s efforts to establish a culture of innovation and free enterprise, in line with the eighth Sustainable Development Goal on decent work and economic growth through empowering youth initiatives and supporting promising entrepreneurial talents in society.
