The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction for Critical Care Nurses for the student

The aim of the study is to assess the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among critical care nurses.

The letter also included the thesis to show that there is a strong positive correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among nurses, as shown by a significant correlation at p-value= (.001). Also, the results show that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and male nurses’ gender (p-value =.042) but not with female nurses’ gender (p-value =.041).

The most important recommendations reached by the study: The ministry of health should encourage nurses to participants or engagement in training courses and motivate them to increase their self-efficacy and job satisfaction towards their profession to improve the quality of health care provided to patients , And the estimate that the researcher got very good/ privilege.
