Assistant Professor Dr. Azra Hussein Shawq, a lecturer at the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, has achieved a new scientific achievement to add to her distinguished academic and research record. Dr. Azra has been selected as a peer reviewer for the journal Complementary Therapy in Medicine , a prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Elsevier.
This selection comes in recognition of her extensive scientific experience and her qualitative contributions to research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Complementary Therapy in Medicine is one of the world’s highest-ranked journals, falling within the second quartile (Q2) of global rankings. The selection of Dr. Azra as an international reviewer reflects confidence in Iraqi scientific competencies and enhances the status of the University of Baghdad and the College of Nursing on the global scientific research map.
This achievement confirms Assistant Professor Dr. Azra Hussein Shawq’s commitment to high academic standards and active participation in the development of scientific research at the local and international levels.
