The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a course entitled (Basic Principles of Word and PowerPoint Applications), in the presence of a number of children from the Iraqi Child Home for Orphans. The course aimed to identify the basic principles of Word and PowerPoint applications. The course also included several topics, the most important of which are learning how to create and save a Lord file, learning about taskbar instructions, and how to create a presentation using PowerPoint. In the course, the researchers called for the need to become familiar with the taskbar tools, how to create a file in Word format, the use of the PowerPoint program in education, and how to display educational content to facilitate the process of comprehension and understanding among students, and to communicate information and enhance it with illustrative images that facilitate the process of absorbing the information.
