The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a seminar entitled (The Effects of Computer Radiation on the Brain)
By (Assist. Prof. Aseel Ghazi Mahmoud) and (Dr. Ban Hussein Hamidi) in the presence of several professors and employees of the College of Nursing on Monday, 22/4/2024 in the College of Nursing
The symposium aimed to show that the blue light emitted from the computer screen has some negative effects on health including the negative effects on the brain.
Excessive exposure to blue light can cause headaches, especially in people with light sensitivity.
The two researchers at the scientific symposium called for:-
- Wear blue light protective glasses
- Reduce the time of using the computer
- Using the rule of 20-20-20
- Adjust the screen settings (i.e. reduce the brightness of the screen)
