Assistant Professor Iyad Majid Musa, a faculty member at the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, has been selected as a member of the peer review panel to evaluate a scientific research paper titled “Phase angle as a predictor of nutritional status and quality of life in hemodialysis patients” in the journal PLOS ONE, published by the international publisher Public Library of Science, and ranked in the first quartile (Q1) in the Scopus global index. This selection recognizes his extensive scientific expertise, distinguished contributions, and prolific record of publication in reputable international journals.
This academic appointment reflects international confidence in the capabilities of Iraqi scholars to review original research published in leading scientific journals in the fields of medical and health sciences, It also represents a significant addition to the list of achievements of the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, reinforcing its distinguished presence in global rankings and solidifying its position as one of the leading academic institutions in the region, thereby effectively contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 on quality education and Goal 17 on partnerships for the goals.
