The Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Unit at the Faculty of Nursing held an expanded meeting, chaired by the unit’s head, Assistant Professor Dr. Noha Adel Ibrahim, to finalize preparations for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week. The meeting focused on approving the comprehensive strategic plan for implementing the events and accurately distributing roles among the relevant committees to ensure that the entrepreneurial activities are organized at the highest professional levels, while reviewing media plans , evaluation mechanisms, and reception and hospitality aspects.
During the meeting, Assistant Professor Dr. Noha Adel Ibrahim emphasized the importance of solidarity and teamwork to highlight the bright image of the college and its pivotal role in embracing innovative ideas, supporting start-up projects, and documenting all outputs to be submitted to the relevant authorities within the approved administrative contexts, thereby enhancing the college’s position in international scientific and innovative forums and innovation forums.
These preparations are part of the Faculty of Nursing’s efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 8, which aims to promote inclusive economic growth and decent work by supporting youth entrepreneurship, and Goal 9, which focuses on industry and innovation. These events contribute to bridging the gap between academia and the labor market and providing interactive platforms that students and innovators to develop sustainable projects that contribute to advancing health and technology and achieving the desired social well-being.
