Baghdad University College of Nursing organized a workshop entitled “Effective Communication and Communication Skills”, held by Prof. Dr. Hawra Hussein Gafel. The workshop was attended by a group of students at the college’s leadership hall
The workshop aimed to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills, develop listening and constructive dialog skills, and enable participants to use effective communication in the work environment and professional relationships
The workshop recommended periodic training in communication skills, spreading the culture of dialogue and mutual respect in the work environment, and encouraging the use of communication and Brazilian intelligence
This workshop was announced as part of the activities of the Participation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the college, whic direct contributes to achieving the development goals related to inclusive education (Goal 4) through refining skills to meet the requirements of the labor market, and helping to build effective and transparent (Goal 16) through skills to improve communication within a successful academic environment
