The aim of the message is to examine the effectiveness of a stress-management program on stress reduction among emergency nurses.
The letter also included the thesis to: The finding among nurses in the experimental group shows decreasing experience their level of stress during the time from a moderate level (M±SD= 55.60±5.056) in the pre-test to a mild level during the post-test 1 and post-test 2 (M±SD= 41.53±5.507) (M±SD= 42.07±5.539) respectively. While the stress level is still at a moderate level in the control group.This study concluded the importance of a stress management program in reducing stress among emergency nurses.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: the need to conduct future studies regarding stress management based on a large number of the Iraqi nurses to reduce the level of stress among emergency nurses, also it can be applied to the other nurses’ fields in health institutes. And the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
