This comes after the Medical Nursing Unit at Baghdad College organized a workshop entitled: “The Art of Time Management for Nursing Students: How to Divide Your Time Effectively,” taught by Dr. Widad Kamel Muhammad and attended by second-year students from the evening nursing program.
The workshop aimed to introduce students to effective time management strategies, followed by the preparation of a flexible weekly plan and optional “most important” tasks to avoid common time wasters. The task of allocating sufficient time is an integral part of daily review. A series of motivational activities were launched to help students achieve a balance between personal study requirements, which enhances their academic and social lives.
This workshop is part of a series of psychological and guidance review units supervised by the Deanship of the College of Nursing, aimed at helping students acquire life and academic skills that will set them up for success in their future.
This event is directly in line with the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, “Inclusive Education.” By developing students’ time management, planning, and collaboration skills, the college supports the goal of ensuring equitable and inclusive education and lifelong learning opportunities, thereby raising the quality of university education in the field of nursing.
