Follow up the university directives regarding the follow-up work (university security), implement them and circulate them to the college
♦ Follow up the directives and instructions of Mr. Dean of the college and implement them regarding the follow-up work.
He is in direct contact with Mr. Dean of the College.
Supervise the distribution of forms for cards and authorizations to enter cars to the campus.
Supervising the maintenance of security and order within the campus.
Field visits to the units and divisions of the college and follow up security inside the college.
Cooperation and coordination with the protection force and security forces responsible for protecting the area to increase security fortification.
Follow up on the work of the inquiries and make sure that the records are kept.
Follow up and provide the necessary protection for celebrations, exhibitions and scientific conferences.
Follow up the complaints of employees, reviewers and students.
Work to streamline the entry and exit of teachers, employees and students within the college.
Follow up the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras).
