Mission of the Division

The Human Resources Division is committed to providing outstanding administrative services and developing competent and creative human resources by applying effective systems and transparent practices that support the objectives of the College of Nursing and its educational and research mission

Objectives of the Division

  1. Achieve effective human resources management by organizing and updating the employment data of all affiliates accurately and transparently.
    2. Developing human competencies by supporting continuous training and professional development programs in line with the requirements of modern education and nursing.
    3. Ensuring a stimulating and equitable work environment that promotes job satisfaction and organizational belonging.

Role and Achievements of the Division

Carrying out all administrative matters related to the college and conducting official correspondence with other bodies related to the work of the college and acting as a channel of communication between the college and its various departments, divisions and units with the rest of the university and other departments, managing the college’s internal and external mail, issuing administrative orders and maintaining books and official correspondence related to the college.
Completing all transactions for teachers and employees.
. Completing staffing matters for all employees.
. Completing the database and updating it periodically.
. Completing monthly reports to the university.
. Completing a monthly report on the staffing status of the college and marking the cases of 6 promotions for college teachers.
. Completing the transactions of increment, promotion, certificate calculation and service addition for 7 faculty members.
. Completing the retirement cases based on the desire of the university service employee from technicians, administrators and services.
. Completing the delivery of retirement transactions to the retirement department in the Ministry of Higher Education 9 and Scientific Research.
. Save the documents and administrative orders of the college’s employees, including 10 teachers, technicians, administrators, and what is indicated in the personal file of books issued on a daily basis, and archive them electronically.
. Put a number and date on the books issued by the college, register them and send them 11 to the relevant authorities.
. Follow up the electronic fingerprint of the college’s employees and send the transactions of granting 12 and renewing the special IDs of college employees to the university for the purpose of issuing them.
