
About the Division
The Media and Government Communication Division is an integral part of the college, serving as its interface with the outside world. It plays a role in covering and highlighting all the activities and events of the College of Sharia Courts, financing activities and events so that everyone can learn about them and become familiar with what the College of Nursing does and the services it provides in various fields for everyone. In addition to achieving the college’s goals, policies, various activities, and media outputs in practice, it highlights its educational and academic identity, strengthens and enhances its relationship with its members and the external community, and establishes positive perceptions of it and highlights its achievements to support its position and strengthen its relationships with its various representatives.
Vision
The Media and Government Communication Division at the College aims to build a capable media system that can cover scientific, cultural, and administrative activities aimed at conscious education, scientific and knowledge dissemination, and presenting events, people, and achievements with an objective journalistic vision, using the latest imaging and printing technologies and creating pages on various social media sites.
Messages
The division seeks to present the college’s scientific and cultural activities to the community with a prominent and bright vision, and to work to make the division a bridge connecting the academic community with the College of Nursing, and transporting them to the spaces of knowledge in various countries, through messages and media that keep pace with the developments taking place in those countries. In addition, it seeks to build a solid image of the college, with all its scientific, cultural, and administrative aspects contributing to the advancement of the college and creating a space for communication between the college and the community.
Objectives
To define the vision, mission, and objectives of the College of Nursing at the local, regional, and global levels; to secure an advanced position in the ranking of other university educational institutions; to promote meaningful communication with them through its reputation and scientific standing. Covering the activities and events of the college (conferences, seminars, discussion panels, sports festivals, celebrations, occasions, etc.), highlighting them, and promoting them to all media outlets.
Organize conferences and celebrations at the college and carry out the media aspects of these celebrations through print, audio, and visual media.
Follow up on all media outlets and what they publish regarding the college’s activities and maintain a constant presence with the media in such activities.
Coordinate and facilitate the tasks of all satellite channels and other media outlets at all university institutions to complete their media reports.
Organize meetings, receive delegations and officials, visitors to the college, and communicate appropriately with visitors to the College of Nursing.
Prepare and issue bulletins, especially those related to the college’s achievements and activities, and distribute them inside and outside the college.
Prepare college news and scientific and media topics for publication on the website and social media pages.
Prepare and coordinate public activities and seminars approved by the college and supervise their implementation.
Follow up on citizen complaints related to its work published in various media outlets and respond to them after obtaining the original answers and informing the university thereof.
Actively participate in special central events at the university (University Day/conferences/graduation ceremonies/festivals).
