The aim of the study is to review and generate the most effective evidence-based nursing management for unconscious pneumonia patients with respiratory distress in critical care unit.
The letter also included the thesis to mortality rate from respiratory distress can be decreased by using lung protective ventilation, early prone position, vasodilator, neuromuscular blocking, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy and systematic steroid in adult patients.
The most important recommendations reached by the study: using lung protective ventilation and encourages nurses to applying the early prone position, positive end expiratory pressure, vasodilator, neuromuscular blocking, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy and systematic steroid in adult patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Work on the application of mechanical ventilation attachment protocols by nurses in the intensive care units, and the estimate that the researcher got very good.
