The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged) Physical Therapy for patients with Corona Virus Disease: An Interventional Study for nursing staff (for the student Qasem Dali Mohammed.

The aim of the study is to measure the effectiveness of the interventional program on nursing staff’ knowledge and practices.

The letter also included the thesis to that there are highly statistically significant differences between the scores of nursing staff’ knowledge and practices in two levels of measurements (pre-test and post-test) at a p-value (0.000), where the statistical mean of the overall knowledge of nursing staff in the pre-test was (1.657), while it becomes (12.297   ) in post-test, regarding practices, the statistical mean of the overall nursing staff’ practices was (1.005) before implementation the interventional program, while it becomes (12.483    ) after the interventional program has been applied.

The most important recommendations reached by the study: the necessity of activating the work of the Continuing Nursing Education Unit correctly to give training courses to nursing staff in the hospital to increase awareness of nurses working in isolation units about physical therapy for patients infected with the Corona pandemic, And the estimate that the researcher got privilege.
