The Department of Maternal and Child Health at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, has completed admission interviews for students applying for diploma, master’s, and doctoral programs for the 2025-2026 academic year. The interviews took place in the college’s continuing education hall, in a pivotal step to promote academic and research excellence in the field of nursing.
These interviews are primarily aimed at comprehensively assessing the scientific and research capabilities of applicants. The goal is to select promising talents who can enrich scientific research and develop specialized nursing cadres. The college focuses on attracting students who have the passion and vision necessary to conduct innovative research that addresses current health challenges in Iraq.
The interviews were supervised by specialized committees of professors with extensive experience. These committees ensured that applicants were evaluated from all aspects, both academic and personal, to guarantee equal opportunity and fairness in the selection process.
