Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division

The Studies and Planning Division at the College of Nursing should be a leading platform in supporting academic and developmental decisions, contributing to achieving institutional excellence by foreseeing the future and formulating strategic plans that enhance the quality of education, research, and community service.

In the Studies and Planning Division, we are committed to providing accurate data and strategic analyses that support the decision-making process in the college, and develop plans and policies that contribute to improving academic and administrative performance, in accordance with quality standards and academic accreditation, and meet the aspirations of the community and students.

1. Prepare periodic analytical and evaluation studies to support organizational decision-making.
2. Developing strategic and executive plans to achieve the college’s goals and keep pace with local and global changes.
3. Supporting academic and administrative quality programs through continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance.

1. Preparing strategic and executive plans Designing and updating the college plan (in accordance with the university and Ministry of 2025-2030 strategic directions for the years (higher education).
2. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect and analyze statistical data on students, academic staff, and graduates.
Prepare periodic reports that support academic and administrative decision-making.
3. Accreditation and Quality Support Contribute to the preparation of institutional and programmatic accreditation requirements by providing supporting data and plans Coordinate with the Quality Unit to achieve the required performance indicators.
4. Developing databases Creating a unified database for all academic and administrative performance indicators. Periodic updating of statistical data on students, graduates, and faculty members.
5. Capacity Building Organize training workshops on strategic planning skills and statistical analysis. Training team members on the use of modern planning and data analysis tools.
6. Institutional Cooperation Continuous coordination with other units and divisions of the college to implement plans efficiently. Effective participation in preparatory meetings and comprehensive university plans.
