Facilitating communication between citizens and the college, receiving complaints and suggestions, promoting transparency in administrative work and providing efficient services, following up on citizens’ transactions and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure speedy completion.

Providing excellent service to citizens within the college, ensuring that citizens’ voices are conveyed to the responsible authorities with complete impartiality, and finding quick and effective solutions to the problems and obstacles faced by citizens.
Fourth: The role and achievements of the unit
An electronic mechanism has been developed to receive complaints and reduce paperwork. Regular meetings are held with citizens to discuss proposals and listen to their comments. More than (number) cases are followed up directly and resolved in record time.
