The workshop aimed to educate employees about the importance of this silent disease and the long-term health problems it causes<\/p>\n
The workshop also included several axes, the most important of which is defining the disease (osteoporosis), causes, prevention and treatment methods<\/p>\n
The researcher in the workshop called for the prevention of disease in early stages and extends to all stages of life to build strong bones, obtain an adequate amount of calcium and vitamin D by eating foods rich in these elements, and conduct periodic checks to detect the percentage of vitamin D, the element of calcium.
