The Pediatric Nursing Branch at the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a field visit to Al-Urouba Kindergarten, under the supervision of Professor M. C \/ Ahmed Wissam Shaker and accompanied by a group of students of the third stage<\/p>\n

The visit aimed to develop the clinical and scientific knowledge and practices of students and to identify the stages of development of children and the physical and intellectual growth of the age group from 4 to 6 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

The visit included examining the children and measuring their body mass index, height and weight. Guidance lectures were given on oral care, the importance of hand washing, and other activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the visit, the able teachers expressed their thanks and gratitude to the students and supervisors for the awareness lectures, events, and medical advice on hand washing and oral care that enhance the body\u2019s immunity against germs and protect children from communicable diseases and infections, as well as tooth decay.<\/span><\/p>\n
