The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a seminar entitled (Prediabetes, Symptoms\u00a0 and Causes) in the presence of a number of faculty members and college staff<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of pre-diabetes, how to diagnose it and the most important symptoms associated with it.<\/p>\n
The workshop also included several axes, the most important of which is the definition of the pre-diabetes stage, the symptoms and causes of the stage, what are the most important risk factors, and the most important foods to be eaten to return to the normal state and get rid of the pre-diabetes stage.<\/p>\n
The researcher called in the seminar to stay away as much as possible from fast food and the trend to healthy eating, exercise and follow a healthy system to reduce this stage and in order to avoid the development of this stage and its development into diabetes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
