The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged) Influence of Work Shift on Nurses Job Performance at Teaching Hospitals in Baghdad City (for the student Ali Abdul Latif Fadel.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
The aim of the <\/strong>study <\/strong>is to assess the work shift pattern and related consequences among nurses as well as their level of job performance; and measure the influence of work shift on nurses\u2019 job performance, in addition to find significant difference in consequences of work shift with regard to nurses\u2019 variables.<\/p>\n
The letter also included the thesis to that nurses are exposed to high level of impact related to work shift and suffering from work shift consequences related to: fatigue and sleeps disorders, psychological and social problems, and factors affecting work environment and controlling stress.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The most important recommendations reached by the study: encouraging nurses at shift night with incentives and necessary of educational and instructional program to increase nurses\u2019 awareness and improve their mental health and to learn cope with work shift, and the estimate that the researcher got very good\/ privilege<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
