In addition, the current study reported a positive correlation is seen between emotional intelligence and leadership style.<\/p>\n<p>The most important recommendations reached by the study: the following designing a training program that improve conflict management and emotional intelligence for nurses that effectively manage conflicts among them which is inevitable in health care institutions and conducting a link channel between academic institution and continuous education centres in health care institutions to develop emotional intelligence skills and leadership skills, as
