departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The meeting primarily aimed to formulate a comprehensive guidance framework aligned with the start of the new academic year, identify strategic priorities for delivering psychological, academic, and social support to students across all study stages, and design targeted programs to foster university adaptation, including structured orientation strategies to mentor incoming freshmen toward academic and professional excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">Discussions addressed several core pillars, focusing on refining monitoring and follow-up mechanisms for cases requiring specialized support and confidential consultations, activating both individual and group counseling sessions, and organizing periodic educational workshops and seminars on mental health, academic stress management, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for nursing students to positively influence their cognitive achievement and clinical training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The meeting concluded with a series of actionable recommendations and executive measures, prominently featuring enhanced coordination between academic advisors and scientific departments, the modernization of counseling forms and
