Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fleih Hassan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The study aimed to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of sesame oil, nitroglycerin ointment, and aloe vera gel in preventing peripheral vein phlebitis, while identifying statistical associations between patients&#8217; sociodemographic and clinical characteristics and phlebitis incidence. The findings demonstrated that all three topical interventions were effective in providing vascular protection; however, sesame oil emerged as the most optimal and safest prophylactic strategy owing to its sustained efficacy, favorable safety profile, low economic cost, and ease of application. The researcher recommended integrating the routine topical application of sesame oil into standard nursing protocols as a non-pharmacological preventive measure for oncology patients with peripheral venous catheters prior to initiating chemotherapy cycles. Following a comprehensive defense, the candidate was awarded the degree with a rating of &#8220;Very Good.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The outcomes of this applied research align closely with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), primarily advancing Goal 3: &#8220;Good Health and Well-Being&#8221; by mitigating painful complications of cancer therapies and enhancing oncological quality of care. It also supports Goal 4: &#8220;Quality Education&#8221; by enriching evidence-based clinical nursing practice, alongside Goal 12: &#8220;Responsible Consumption and Production&#8221; by promoting cost-effective, sustainable natural alternatives within institutional healthcare systems.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
