The study primarily aimed to examine the effectiveness of a stage-specific intervention in changing body sculpting exercise behaviors among female university students.<\/p>\n
The study\u2019s results showed statistically significant differences in the cognitive processes of change related to engaging in regular exercise over time among participants in the study group, with an overall effect size of [value]. Statistically significant differences were also found in the experiential processes of change associated with regular exercise over time among the participants
\n. The study also concluded that the intervention enhanced the participants\u2019 readiness to engage in regular body composition-focused exercise and enabled them to effectively utilize change processes and experiential processes over time, in addition to boosting their self-confidence and self-efficacy in maintaining physical activity. The study produced key recommendations emphasizing the need to replicate this study with as many female students as possible at various universities in Iraq, along with the necessity of objectively measuring body composition in similar future studies.<\/p>\n
This discussion reflects academic institutions\u2019 commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 on good health and well-being and Goal 5 on women\u2019s empowerment, as promoting physical activity and physical health among female university students contributes to building a healthy and sustainable educational environment that improves quality of life and enhances self-efficacy and self-confidence among young people, in line with global visions for integrated health development and prevention for future generations. Following an extensive academic discussion, the researcher\u2019s efforts were recognized with a distinction.<\/p>\n
