The study aims are to assess the level of burnout and quality of care among neophyte nurses, the impact of psychological burnout upon quality of care.<\/p>\n<p>The letter also included the thesis to that the majority of the nurses were females (55.4 %), age (20-23) years were (60.3%), nursing college graduates were (44.6%), are married were (66.9%), and nurses in one year\u2019s experience were (65.3%). The study showed that the level of burnout among neophyte nurses has no impact on the quality of care provided in the emergency unit. Regarding to the burnout levels the majority of the study sample have low level of burnout (64.5%) and subdomain burnout levels results were of sample low level for emotional exhaustion (64.5%) and the depersonalization have low level (51.2 %).
