Meanwhile, Dr. Raja Ibrahim emphasized the importance of psychological preparedness and the role of continuous guidance in building students\u2019 self-confidence within the complex clinical environment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The workshop addressed integrated themes, including the necessity of adhering to professional appearance and discipline, and developing observation and critical thinking skills in various clinical situations, in addition to focusing on the application of safety and infection control procedures, the importance of accurate documentation of nursing procedures, and the necessity of utilizing feedback to foster continuous professional development. They emphasized that clinical training is the cornerstone of preparing competent nurses, thereby contributing to improving the quality of future healthcare delivery.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">The workshop concluded with a lively discussion session where students were invited to ask questions about the challenges they anticipate in the healthcare work environment; participants demonstrated significant engagement and a clear interest in developing their skills.
