In a new scientific achievement that adds to its record of academic excellence, the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad announced a quantum leap in global research performance indicators, as one of the most active scientific residents internationally. Web of Science This achievement was represented by the selection of Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Mohammed Majid, a lecturer in the Department of Nursing Fundamentals, as an active member of peer review boards for research evaluation,

This strong presence reflects the great international confidence enjoyed by the college and the competence of its (15) research papers in Scopus and (33) teaching staff in refereeing research according to precise scientific standards that ensure the quality of international publication.
\nThis step is part of the Faculty of Nursing’s strategic plan to enhance the academic reputation of the parent faculty locally, regionally, and internationally, and to highlight its active role in supporting scientific research.
\nThis international standing embodies the college’s commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education) through the active contribution of qualified teaching staff in the international arena, as well as Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by promoting academic cooperation and supporting the university’s plans to open up to global research institutions.<\/p>\n
