The college of Nursing at the University of Baghdad welcomed one of the Sudanese students accepted for preliminary studies as part of the “Study in Iraq” program, as part of the university’s efforts to promote cultural diversity and attract Arab and foreign students<\/p>\n

The student arrived at Baghdad International Airport, where he was welcomed by a team from the Missions and Cultural Relations Unit, who accompanied him and facilitated all the necessary procedures, in addition to providing him with preliminary information about academic life at the college. After completing the reception procedures, the student was transferred to the internal departments in Bab Al-Maazim, where he was allocated a room and provided with basic necessities, introduced to the rules and regulations, and given an introductory tour to help him integrate<\/p>\n

The student expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and high level of organization, emphasizing that his choice to study at the College of Nursing represents an important step in his career. The College of Nursing affirms its commitment to continuing to provide all forms of support to international students and to creating an advanced educational environment that guarantees them a distinctive academic experience that meets international standards<\/p>\n

The reception of the Sudanese student reflects the College of Nursing’s commitment to achieving the fourth goal (quality education) of the Sustainable Development Goals by ensuring a comprehensive and equitable educational environment and facilitating access for students of different nationalities. This program also contributes to the implementation of Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by promoting academic cooperation and knowledge exchange at the international and regional levels, enriching the university environment with cultural diversity and shared experiences<\/p>\n
