Assistant Professor Dr. Aysen Kamal Mohammed, from the Community Health Nursing Department at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, participated in a local conference on “Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Exhibition.” The conference was held in Kirkuk province, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and with the support of Al-Kitab and Al-Qalam Universities.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the sidelines of the conference, several important issues in the field of artificial intelligence were discussed, including the role of artificial intelligence in improving medical care, education, and the environment, with the participation of specialists from various Iraqi universities. The conference featured an exhibition of innovations, in which more than twenty students from the universities of Kirkuk, Baghdad, Al-Nahrain, the Technological University, and the North Central Technical University participated.<\/span><\/p>\n

In conclusion, the conference emphasized that information technology and artificial intelligence are driving the reform of global medical education, stressing their importance in reshaping the medical education environment and changing the spatial and temporal landscape and levels of provision, making it possible to customize and diversify medical education on a large and comprehensive scale.<\/span><\/p>\n

This participation comes within the Faculty of Nursing’s efforts to adopt modern technology and achieve sustainable development goals, as it directly contributes to the achievement of Goal 4 (Quality Education) by integrating artificial intelligence to improve the quality and efficiency of medical and nursing education. Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening academic and research cooperation with various universities and government institutions in Iraq.<\/span><\/p>\n
