The thesis aimed to identify and establish evidence-based nursing practices that help nurses efficiently manage and care for patients after coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.<\/p>\n
The thesis concluded that personalized nursing care should be applied after coronary artery bypass graft surgery to improve recovery and reduce complications. This can be achieved through careful monitoring and personalized support, providing training under the supervision of nurses for patients during discharge, providing follow-up via telephone to improve recovery, reducing readmissions, and supporting self-care at home after surgery.<\/p>\n
These evidence-based recommendations and practices are consistent with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), specifically the target of achieving universal health coverage and improving the quality of care. Promoting effective, evidence-based nursing practices for cardiac patients contributes to reducing premature mortality from cardiovascular diseases (which are noncommunicable diseases) and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care after complex surgeries, directly supporting the development of more efficient and sustainable health care systems.<\/p>\n
