The study aims to verify the effectiveness of multi-component breast health education in promoting readiness for mammography among middle school teachers<\/p>\n
The results of the study showed a significant and consistent increase in the values of commitment to regular screening and perceived readiness to undergo screening among teachers who received the educational intervention. These results indicate the effectiveness of the educational program in changing health behaviors and promoting a positive response to breast cancer prevention.<\/p>\n
This study is consistent with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), specifically the target of reducing premature mortality from noncommunicable diseases (such as cancer). Promoting readiness for mammography contributes to the early detection of breast cancer, which increases the chances of recovery and improves health outcomes, thereby supporting efforts to achieve good and sustainable health for women.<\/p>\n
