At the post test, there was a high significant improvement in patient&#8217;s performance about self-care after the application of the interventional program.<\/p>\n<p>The most important recommendations reached by the study: Conducting specialized courses for medical and health staff concerned with the implementation of self-care programs for patients after neurosurgery in neurosurgery wards and making awareness brochures and educational videos in the wards, urging and encouraging patients to increase their knowledge about performing self-care after neurosurgery,
