It also enhanced subjects\u2019 Processes of Change, Decisional Balance, and Self-Efficacy of refraining from excessive screen time. The administered Transtheoretical Model of Change-Stage-matched intervention stepped subjects to higher Stages of Change. Subjects in higher Stages of Change use more Processes of Change. There is a pressing need to replicate the administered Transtheoretical Model of Change-Stage-matched intervention to as many students across Iraq as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The most important recommendations reached by the study: There is a pressing need to replicate the administered Transtheoretical Model of Change-Stage-matched intervention to as many students across Iraq as possible .
